Sumacstar rating 5Shannon McNeelyJanuary 13, 2011My whole family loves sumac. When having soup for dinner, we take the bread, drizzle some olive oil on it, then sprinkle some sumac on top. The olive oil keeps the sumac from falling off and the combination of flavors compliments the soup wonderfully. Yum! Much healthier than using butter.

Not really sure how it is supposed to be used...but there is nothing I have prepared since then that I have not sprinkled this on...and now my grandson loves it so much that I had to order another bottle!
